I left in tears- in a good way! I was on a girls trip in KC and since my marriage will be con-validated thru the catholic church next month, my sister & mom wanted me to see a few dresses before we headed back to IA. The store was about to close when we arrived and they treated me the same way as if I had an appointment. It took less than 30 minutes to choose the perfect dress- the girls were so friendly and helpful. The service was amazing and the dress selections are beautiful. I am so grateful for Anai at Giselle's.  We left Dillard's with a Horrible experience. My trans child was refused service in finding a dress.  We walked into Giselle's just to gather our bearings.  We left with a dress and an Amazing experience. She was very supportive and helpful and got my child into exactly what they needed for prom without shame and hate. This is the second year we've purchased my daughter's prom dress from Giselle's. It's like and unknown gem for formal wear. The dress my daughter got last year was the only one like it and she got compliments everywhere she went that evening. It's never crowded, but sometimes you do have to wait because usually only two or three people are working and English is their second language. We had a wonderful experience getting my daughter’s dress for senior prom at this store. In her high school career she has gone to 3 dances/year! Regrettably, This was the first time buying one here. The dress she got was not overly expensive (much less than I was expecting). But the quality of the dress is multiple times better and the service we received was outstanding. I can’t believe this is the last dance I will buy for and that we waited so long to visit this store
